What size are your leg warmers?

We have regular and newborn size leg warmers. The listing will say whether the leg warmers included are available in either one or both.

The leg warmers are very soft and stretch with the childs. They are 80% Cotton, 18% Nylon, 2% Spandex and size as follows:

Newborn: recommended for babies up to 15lbs

REGULAR....recommended for 3 months and up over 15lbs - Fits babies, toddlers and up to young children

The regular will fit newborn but will be loose and fit up to the top of the thigh, but the baby will be able to grow into them and wear longer.

The leg warmers will include either ruffles, babies initial, bows or decals added. Please see the listings for details.

What is the sizes of your tutus?

Small - newborn to 6 months tutu is approximately 7" long and 13" circumference unstretched that will stretch to approximately 18" circumference.

Large - 6 months-5 Years tutu is approximately 11 long and 16" circumference unstretched that will stretch to approximately 28" circumference.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIZING IS THE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS ONLY. ALL BABIES WAISTS SIZE DIFFERENTLY. PLEASE USE MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED ABOVE FOR BEST FIT.

 

Care instructions

To maintain durability, wash garments inside out in cold water on delicate setting. Do not bleach, use fabric softener or dry clean. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Embroidery can be ironed on low heat. Heat pressed items iron on low heat inside out.

Leg warmers and items with rhinestones or flowers are recommended as hand wash only in cold water inside out and lay flat to dry.

When will my order ship out?

Our current production time is 2-5 business days to make and ship out. I can only guarantee when I can make and ship out by, the shipping time from there depends on the shipping method you choose at check out.

Standard shipping takes approximately 2-9 business days, Priority approximately 2-3 business days and Express is 1-2 business days guaranteed. Both Priority and Express also include insurance up to $100. Express is the only method that the post office will guarantee a delivery time. Shipping choices are given at check out.


If you need your item sooner, please feel free to convo us with your date needed by and zip code. I can let you know with my current orders if it is possible to make and ship in time.

Our customer service is open Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.  If you have any questions, please feel free to message us using our chat button at the bottom right hand of your page.  If sending after hours, we will get back to you by the next business day.  Questions received after 4pm on Friday and over the weekends will be answered on Monday.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

ALL ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PERSONALIZATION SPELLING, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND SIZE CHOICES BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. A SIZE CHART WITH THE GARMENTS ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS IS PROVIDED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS WITH CUSTOMIZATION, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. There are many instances when we make and ship out within that same day. Also, any order changes or address changes after order is placed cannot be guaranteed for the same reason.

We send every item out with great attention to detail and quality.  With that, mistakes can happen.  If there is a mistake made on our end, we will remake and ship within the next business day.

 CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS 


All sales are final on customized or personalized items. Customized purchases would be any items with customizable options such as color or material changes.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON NON-PERSONALIZED/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Non customized/personalized items can be returned for full credit or exchanged (less shipping costs) if we are contacted within 10 business days of receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If it is an error on our part, we will happily replace the incorrect item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Item(s) need to be returned in unwashed and unused condition postmarked for return within 3 business days from the time you contact us for refund. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your return and refund, which can take up to 3 business days. Depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request, it can take up to 5-10 business days.

For exchanges we will ship your new selection if available of equal value (not including taxes and shipping) within 3 business days.

HOW TO RETURN

If you would like to return an item, you would first contact us within 10 business days for approval. Once it is approved, you need to send back within 3 business days in unused unwashed condition with your order number at:

Please note, we will not accept returns/exchanges without an approval. Also, we strongly recommend that you you send your packages by an insured parcel or courier as we are not responsible for lost packages.
